PlayStation Plus’s July game list, as well as a thank you for ten years of support

Hello, everyone! Wow, it’s been ten years since PlayStation Plus was initially presented to the world on June 29, 2010, and we’d like to thank every one of you for your continued support. Over the years, it’s been a fascinating adventure, bringing gamers together and giving members intriguing content and unique offers. We wouldn’t be here without all of you, so as a thank you, we’ve added a bonus game to our already fabulous lineup for the forthcoming monthly games announcement.

Here are the games offered to PS Plus users from July 7 to August 3.

NBA 2K20 is a basketball simulation game.

NBA 2K has evolved into a lot more than just a basketball simulator. NBA 2K20 is a platform for gamers and ballers to come together* and build what’s next in basketball culture, thanks to its immersive open-world Neighborhood. Upgraded motion engine with signature styles, better shooting controls, a new dribble size-up system, refined off-ball collisions, and a new read & react defensive game will take your game to the next level.

The 20th Anniversary of Rising of the Tomb Raider

Lara discovers an old mystery in Rising of the Tomb Raider, which puts her in the crosshairs of Trinity, a vicious organization. The trail leads to a myth about the Lost City of Kitezh as she races to find a powerful and sought-after artifact before Trinity. Lara knows she has to get to the Lost City and its hidden secrets before Trinity, so she begins a perilous journey to Siberia.

Erica**

High-fidelity Hollywood production qualities are combined with intriguing, intuitive gameplay in this feature-length cinematic experience. Play as Erica, a courageous young lady who is haunted by nightmares about her father’s murder. It’s up to you to uncover the horrific truth behind this devastating catastrophe, with the horrible events that have haunted you since you were a child being pulled back into the light of the present-day via grisly new clues. Every decision you make affects how the game progresses, with various endings awaiting you at the emotional branching narrative’s conclusion.

To commemorate 10 years of PS Plus, we’ll be offering a free PS4 theme later this week. The music will only be available for a limited time on the PlayStation Store, so keep an eye out. We’ll be hosting a free online multiplayer weekend commencing July 4 at 12:01 AM and ending July 5 at 11:59 PM in your local time for those of you who haven’t explored the online multiplayer advantage for PS Plus. (An online multiplayer game is available for purchase separately.) Internet access and a PlayStation Network account are required.)

It’s fantastic to see how far PS Plus has progressed over the years, from the very first PS Plus game, WipeOut HD, to more than a thousand games available to PS Plus users in the previous ten years. We’ll leave you with a small picture of PS Plus from the last decade as we take a stroll down memory lane. Thank you once again for your continuing support, and we hope to celebrate with you soon!
